Color pigments
Colors like blue or turquoise mostly stick better than a red color. This is because the red molecules are bigger and that is why they are easier to remove than other color pigments. This could influence your choice of color!

If you want to have a bold and bright color or if you want to create a pastel color, keep in mind that you have to bleach your hair before you dye it. Bright hair dye colors will stick the best to your hair when it has been bleached. This is especially important if you want to dye your hair in a pastel color. If your hair is not white, the dye won’t stay in your hair. It’s also important to lather your hair well with the hair dye, otherwise you will have some faded strands in your hair because the dye didn’t cover all of it.
