I want to make dreads or braids, which type of hair do I choose?

If you want to make dreads you can choose from four different types of hair at Dreadshop. To create a clear overview and to show the distinction between the hair types we offer, plus to show the characteristics of Kanekalon , Jumbo BraidHenlon and X-Pression hair we made the overview below.

The difference between Kanekalon and Henlon hair is that the Kanekalon hair has a slight wavy structure and is a bit stiffer than Henlon hair. Henlon hair has a more soft and silky look, the same goes for the Jumbo Braid hair.
Henlon hair also has the shiniest look compared to the other hair types. X-Pression hair is stiffer than the other three hair types and is also the least shiny.

The Henlon hair is the lightest in weight and is also thinner than, for example, a pack of Jumbo Braid hair or Kanekalon. All hair types are suitable for making dreads, braids and wigs. Of the three hair types Henlon hair is most commonly used for making wigs.
